Q: How Do I find what I like?

You can browse through our entire library of content by category, studio, or individual store. Simply choose your selection from the menu items at the top of the page, and you should have no problem finding exactly what you are looking for.

Q: How do I purchase a clip?

Purchasing a clip is easy. Once you have selected a clip, click the 'Add To Cart' button. The clips will be added to your shopping cart that will be displayed at the top of the page. After purchasing all the clips you are interested in, verify that your order is correct by clicking on the MY CART button at the top of the page. If you have already made purchases a list clips you have chosen will be displayed for you and you can delete entries if necessary. When you are ready to finalize your order, simply click the CHECKOUT button. This will take you to a secure ordering page. If this is your first purchase, click on ADD PAYMENT METHOD. On the "Edit Customer" page enter your billing info and click SAVE. After you submit your info you will be taken to a page with a list of clips you have chosen and you can delete entries if necessary. When you are ready to finalize your order, simply click the ORDER CLIPS button. This will take you to a secure ordering page. Enter your billing info and submit your order. After you submit your info you will be taken to a page with a link to your download area. (YOU MAY WANT TO PRINT THIS PAGE OUT) Once you're in the download area click the Download button to initiate the download process.

To download a file:

In Internet Explorer ' Place you mouse pointer over the clip title you wish to download. Right click and select 'Save Target As'. Select the location on your hard drive where you wish to download the clip file. Remember where you downloaded the clip file to on your hard drive so that you may access it again later.

In Firefox - Place you mouse pointer over the name of the file you wish to download, Right click and select 'Save Link As'. Select the location on your hard drive where you wish to download the clip file. Remember where you downloaded the clip file to on your hard drive so that you may access it again later.

You will also receive a confirmation email after your order has been processed. If you don't receive this email your email provider may be blocking our email to you or it may have been automatically routed to your Bulk or Junk email folder. This confirmation email is sent once and cannot be resent.

Q: Where will my clips download to on my hard drive?

You select the location on your hard drive where you wish to download the clip file(s). Remember where you downloaded the clip file(s) to on your hard drive so that you may access it again later. You may want to write the location down where you saved your clip(s).

Q: How much time do I have to download my purchased clips?

The download links for your clips will expire after a 24-hour period of time. We suggest you start your downloads as soon as possible to avoid any possible issues.

Q: In what format will I receive my purchased clips?

It's up to each studio to choose what format they want their clips to be sold in. The clips we offer are MPG, RM, WMV, MOV, and AVI. We do provide you with links to download all the players needed to view all formats listed. Each clip will list what format it is in so you know before you make your purchase. If you have any problems with a specific clip or format, please feel free to contact us.

Q: My clip won't download, what's going on?

First make sure your download link hasn't expired. If it has, you will need to contact us. Many clips are very large. We recommend the use of a download manager to facilitate the download process. Do not set your download manager to delay the download, as you must download the file within 24 hours of purchase. There are links on the site to various download managers.

If you receive a corrupt file message when attempting to play a clip, it was not fully downloaded. Please make sure your clip download is completed, before trying to play your clip.
